ついにAndroid 4.3 Jelly Beanが発表！
Google（グーグル）は24日（現地時間）、米サンフランシスコでプレス向けイベントを開催し、スマートフォンやタブレット向けのオープンプラットフォーム「Android」の最新バージョン「Android 4.3（開発コード名：Jelly Bean）」を発表しています。
新しくBluetooth Smart（Bluetooth Low Energy：BLE）やOpenGL ES 3.0をサポートするほか、Android 4.2で対応したマルチユーザーに制限付きプロファイル（Restricted profiles）を設定できるようになるなどしています。
同時に発表された新しい「Nexus 7」にはプリインストールされているほか、旧Nexus 7や「Nexus 10」、「Nexus 4」、「GALAXY Nexus」、「GALAXY S4 Pure Android」、「HTC One with Nexus User Experience」にはすぐにアップデート提供を行うとしています。
主な変更点は、以下の通り。開発コード名は、Android 4.1および4.2から引き続き「Jelly Bean」となっています。APIレベルは「18」。詳細は「 http://www.android.com 」を参照してください。
