GoogleがAndroidセキュリティーパッチ2026年5月分を案内！Pixel 7a以降のスマホなどに脆弱性・不具合の修正を含むソフトウェア更新が提供開始

Googleスマホ・タブレット「Pixel」シリーズに2026年5月分のソフトウェア更新を提供開始！

Googleは5日（現地時間）、スマートフォン（スマホ）やタブレットなど向けプラットフォーム「Android」における月次セキュリティーパッチの2026年5月分を告示しています。また同社は4日（現地時間）、これらのセキュリティーパッチを含むソフトウェア更新を「Made by Google」として「Pixel」ブランドのスマホやタブレットにおいて2026年5月分のソフトウェア更新を2026年5月5日（火）より提供開始しており、来週にかけて順次提供されるとのこと。

ソフトウェア更新はネットワーク経由によるアップデート（OTA）が配信開始されているほか、ファクトリーイメージも公開されており、対象となるタブレット「Pixel Tablet」やスマホ「Pixel 10」および「Pixel 10 Pro」、「Pixel 10 Pro XL」、「Pixel 10 Pro Fold」、「Pixel 10a」、「Pixel 9」、「Pixel 9 Pro」、「Pixel 9 Pro XL」、「Pixel 9 Pro Fold」、「Pixel 9a」、「Pixel Fold」、「Pixel 8a」、「Pixel 8」、「Pixel 8 Pro」、「Pixel 7a」にて無料でアップデートを実施できます。

更新後のビルド番号は日本を含むグローバルではすべての対象機種で共通して「CP1A.260505.005」とのこと。なお、このソフトウェア更新にはセキュリティーパッチのほか、Pixelスマホ・タブレットのソフトウェア更新には複数の不具合修正や機能改善が含まれており、すべての対象機種にて特定の条件下にてバッテリー残量が75～80％の場合にワイヤレス充電速度が低下する問題や一部のアプリにおいてキーボードまたは入力画面がフリーズしたり、位置が正しく表示されない問題などを修正しているということです。

Pixelシリーズにはセキュリティーパッチや不具合を修正するソフトウェア更新が毎月提供されており、2026月5月分のセキュリティーパッチはCVEに登録されている分では以下の表の通りで、Android向けではCriticalが1個、未分類が1個の合計2個となっており、PixelやWear OS、Android Automotive OS、Android XRでは個別の脆弱性はないものの、Androidに準じたセキュリティーアップデートが行われているということです。その他、セキュリティー更新以外のPixelシリーズにおける更新内容は以下の通り。

Battery & Charging
– Fix for slow wireless charging speeds when the battery level is between 75% and 80% in certain conditions*[1]

Camera
– Fix for an issue where the camera app could freeze while recording video and adjusting the zoom level*[4]

Display & Graphics
– Fix for an issue that caused a persistent flickering white dot or visual noise to appear at the top of the display in certain conditions*[3]
– Fix for an issue that could intermittently cause the screen to appear fuzzy, frozen, or display noise lines*[2]

Framework
– Fix for an issue where the keyboard or input screen could appear frozen or incorrectly positioned in some apps under certain conditions*[1]
